Lancaster, Paris: A Suite With a Parisian Elegance

Near the Champs Elysées,

the Lancaster hotel is a comfortable refined cocoon. A fire crackles in an antique fireplace in the reception desk: unexpected and very pleasant! The Art Deco elevator opens onto a maze of chic corridors: finally a beautiful and original carpet in a 5 star! I enter in the suite by an elegant lounge with chaise, where every detail is designed with discretion and efficiency, iPod station and free Wifi – so rare in hotels in France (pictures 2 & 5).

I really like the Haussmann moldings, hardwood flooring and the simplicity of the whole decoration. Let’s call it the Parisian chic! In the marble bathrooms, I’m nicely surprised to find the natural skincare products of the trendy Greek brand KORRES. The room is also decorated with antique furniture. Impeccable bedding and soundproofing! So difficult to jump out of bed and leave the suite to enjoy Paris! A lovely idea for your next Valentine’s Day!
